Visitor Guidelines + Information

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrance to enter/exit the building is located at the 345 Montgomery Street entrance.
  • Wheelchair-accessible elevators to use during your visit are located in the back of the first floor level.
  • Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located in the back of the first floor level.
  • Service animals only are welcome throughout the museum.
  • Exhibition materials in Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Arabic are available at the front desk.
