Event Rentals

Submit an inquiry to rentals@icasf.org. Prices for rental packages available upon submittal of inquiry.
Please include:
- Rental package of choice (see below)
- Event date(s)
- Event start and end time, including any hours specifically required for load-in/out
- Guest count
- Preferred setup (i.e. classroom, standing reception, etc.)
- Any additional details, constraints or special requests we should be aware of including but not limited to power and potable water needs.
Rental Packages
Approx. 3100 square feet / 150 standing capacity / 100 seated capacity
Approx. 760 square feet / 60 standing capacity / 50 seated capacity
Approx. 1200 square feet / 30 standing capacity / 30 seated capacity
Approx. 7600 square feet 300 standing capacity / 175 capacity
***ICA SF will extend a 20% discount on the space rental cost (not inclusive of additional fees) to non-profit organizations.
